Alpine Lofts Site Design

Alpine Plaza has existing commercial structures and is proposing to add single-family housing. For this project, Remal proposed the site layout & grading based on drainage analysis. Due to this location being already developed, a majority of the site was classified as "impervious area". To help account for the existing & additional impervious area, Remal designed a low impact development (LID) in addition to other drainage structures.
