At Remal, we provide a wide range of engineering design services. We have experience putting together plan sets for a variety of municipalities, ensuring all local requirements are satisfied for any type of development. Remal has designed post-wildfire flooding stormwater mitigation, or your typical residential plot drainage strategy. We have designed alternative & conventional septic systems, depending on the specific site conditions.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Remal has extensive experience with project management, for small & large projects. We will provide coordination with dry & wet utility companies, geotechnical engineers, and registered land surveyors when necessary.
At Remal, we are involved with the project from start to finish, no matter the length. We will design with you in mind, meaning giving you draft plans & implementing changes throughout the process.
CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATION
Remal can help you through the entire construction process. We will act as the intermediary between our client and the contractors, guaranteeing a final product the client is happy with.
Our construction administration services include managing RFIs, approving changes for your budget, doing onsite inspections, and keeping the process going.
