Fanning Wash Culvert and Channel

Remal is currently in the phase of finalizing construction plans for the Fanning Wash Improvements. Remal is improving the culvert crossing at Steves Blvd and the channel just below the Steves Blvd.
In this project, we did flood modeling for the existing and proposed conditions during the 100-year storm event. All of the improvements convey the 100-year flow through the culvert and channel! Photos below show the channel and culvert in its current condition.
