Munds Park Residential Flood Study

This private residence had the goal of adding in a new driveway to access existing and proposed structures on site. To follow Coconino County Drainage guidelines, a flood study was done to determine backwater effects from the driveway addition. Remal modeled the existing & proposed conditions, ensuring that the addition of 4, 30" HDPE culverts would convey the 10-year runoff flow. Photos below show the site in its current condition and the extents of our modeled backwater.
