The premise of this project was channel restoration and stabilization for the Spruce Avenue Wash. Remal updated and modified construction plans to reflect current topographic conditions in the area, ensuring the design would still work and meet FEMA requirements. Photos below show the wash in its current condition, prior to any restoration efforts.
